    Taken from a Super Food Ideas magazine. Japanese rice vinegar can be found in Asian grocery stores. Serve this dressing over a green salad.

      This is just a wonderful dressing. I followed exactly as written ( although I added more sesame seeds) it was just wonderful. This dressing added such a fantastic sweet flavour to the salad.
      Simple, easy and so delicious on a salad!

      I have added more salad to my meals since finding out I was diabetic, but I have to admit that I was getting all saladed out. There is so much flavor in this dressing that it made eating salads enjoyable again. I made this using Splenda in place of the sugar. I doubled the ingredients and put everything in a shaker bottle. I have made this recipe twice so far this month. I will be using this recipe often in the future. Made for October 2011 Aus/NZ Swap.
