This Asian-style dip is one of my favorites. Serve with with assorted veggies or shrimp.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons grated onions
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ine the mayo, soy sauce, ginger, onion, and vinegar. Add the milk if the dip is too thick.
- Cover and chill for a least 2 hours.
- Serve with veggies such as carrot sticks, zucchini sticks, mushrooms, or maybe even shrimp.
