"A variation of the Ginger Crinkle recipe. Found in "From Mary Kay's Kitchen". The yield is approximate. Could be more, could be less."

ingredients

• 157.80 ml canola oil
• 236.59 ml sugar
• 1 large egg
• 59.16 ml molasses
• 473.18 ml flour
• 9.85 ml baking soda
• 0.25 ml salt
• 4.92 ml cinnamon
• 4.92 ml ginger

directions

1. Mix ingredients well.
2. Form in very small balls and roll in sugar.
3. Place about 2 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
4. Bake 350- 375° about 8 minutes.
5. They are great to freeze and can be eaten as soon as they are removed from the freezer.
