A simple sauce that goes great with egg rolls or potstickers. It can also be used as a salad dressing, or a sauce over grilled chicken or pork.
- 1⁄2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili oil
- Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
- Can be made 2 days ahead; cover; refrigerate.

Believe it or not I drizzled some of this over my sushi and it was amazing! I look forward to trying it on chicken soon!
I thought it needed a bit of sugar to balance the flavors. Otherwise fine.
