My family and I loved this! I'm trying to eat low carb and this definitely satisfied my craving for Asian food. I substituted fresh ground pork for the ground chicken and served it with gingered soy sauce and fried rice. I will definitely be making this again.

Yummy! We are always looking for ways to reduce the carbs and love Asian food, so this really fit the bill. We would love the wonton wrappers, but skipped them this time around. Made as directed and served with hot mustard. Thanks for sharing these tasty little treats. Made for No Nonsense Nibblers of ZWT 6! :)

Very very tasty. I used tofu instead of chicken and chicken bouillon instead of salt. I thought it had a bit too much pepper, but my husband didn't mind. Because tofu does not stick together very well, I used wonton wrappers and fried half and boiled half. They turned out fantastic. The mix made more than enough to fill all 50 wonton wrappers. Thanks so much for the easy recipe! I love eating wontons and now I can have them inexpensively anytime! Made for team SSaSSy for ZWT6.

Very tasty little nuggets. I made as written but would double the cayenne in future. Ultra easy to make -- I wore latex gloves to mix the ingredients together by hand. Served with Nif's Naked Asian Dipping Sauce and Chile-Vinegar Sauce, but also like the idea of using a hot mustard sauce.

I don't think my little "chicken balls" turned out as pretty as kellychris's, but they sure were delicious! I'm sure these are supposed to be Asian, but we dipped into tzatziki (sp?) sauce and loved it! Kids dunked in ketchup of course lol! Made for Zingo in ZWT6 by an Unruly Under the Influence. Thanks for sharing!

I appreciated how easy it was to make these little tasties up (very, very nice flavor), & they took almost no time at all to make! Now I have a great new way to serve up chicken! Definitely something I'll be making again, for sure! Thanks for sharing it! {made & reviewed during the ZINGO part of ZWT6}

Very quick and tasty. I made half the recipe. Then with half of that I did put it in wonton wrappers (just because I had some!). Great with the wrappers and without. I served them with soy sauce and nuoc mam dipping sauces. Made for ZWT 6.

These were okay by themselves, but would really go good with an Asian themed dinner. While they are warm, they are good, but after they cool, they tend to get kinda hard. made for ZWT6
