  1. It was quick and easy. I think I may have overcooked the herbs, next time I won't put the basil and mint in until the last minute. Thank you.

  2. I enjoyed this dish very much, even though I substituted 1 teaspoon each dried mint and basil for the fresh. I thought the amounts of soy sauce, sugar and fish sauce were perfectly balanced. Am looking forward to making this again when fresh herbs are in the market. Thank you very much for posting this recipe.

  3. Would give it more stars if I could. Very tasty. All of the individual flavors came through. Do not skip the sambal or fish sauce, since they add subtle flavors. I might even use a little more sambal next time. I found this in the Asian section of Safeway, so it should be easy to find. Thanks, Bill, for posting this.

  4. I was so thrilled to have such a quick and simple dish to use some of my fresh herbs in. I particulary liked the use of the mint, it was such a nice change of pace from. Many of the ingredients lean this in an Asian direction, but then there are the suprises of basil and mint that give a great twist.
