For all those who like ginger. I'm sure you will love this cake--got this recipe online!! I bake this cake in a small loaf pan--enough for 2 or 3 people.

  1. Cream butter n sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add molasses and sour cream mix thoroughly.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients; mix thoroughly.
  5. Bake at 175° c in a greased pan for about 30 minutes.
