I love broccoli and this recipe really gives the broccoli tons of flavor. Being so fast and easy to make is a real plus too. Made for ZWT4.

I love broccoli made this way. We eat broccoli, usually steamed, just about every night, so it was a nice change.

Instructions were easy to follow. I used frozen broccoli cuts instead of fresh broccoli, and needed to add a few minutes to the cooking time to compensate. I'll use less water and less ginger next time, but it was very good regardless.

I enjoyed the flavor of this dish. I shouldn't have added the water, as there was too much liquid even at the end of cooking, but the flavor was still great. I added fresh ginger and some fresh garlic and used regular sesame oil, not knowing if there is a difference between that and dark. I will definitely add more ginger, and some hot red pepper flakes for heat.

I can't believe it!!! I found a broccoli recipe my DH actually likes, and I quote:"This is the best broccoli you ever made!" I did tweak it just a bit, adding slices of elephant garlic, red pepper flakes and substituted bits of candied ginger instead of the brown sugar. We had it with yellow rice and just about went back to lick the pan. Decorum stood in the way of course, but we thought about it! Thanks Sue L. for a great dish. It's a keeper!!

FABULOUS!!! Loved it. It is a bit spicy with all the ginger but I love spicy. It has an asian flavor that is delicious. For some, they may have to adjust the amount of ginger (or add the water like the recipe stated...I didn't) which I will do next time for my son. It was fast, easy and very healthy. This is a definite keeper. Thanks!

Simply wonderful! I used reduced sodium tamari sauce in place of the soy sauce, but it was simply delectable! I also added slivered almonds as a garnish. Delicious!
