i cooked these while baking potatoes they are full of flavor .i used the baby carrots so no work at all lol easy recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place carrots in a greased 1-quart casserole.
  3. Combine lemon juice, salt, ginger and pepper.
  4. Pour over carrots.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Bake until carrots are tender, about 1 hour.
