      Delicious!!! I didn't have turnip so substituted it with celery stalks - worked out good. Thanks!

      This recipe was a fair amount of work, but it was delicious. Much to my surprise, the flavors blended together beautifully (I had no idea how turnips were going to mesh with ginger and soy sauce but it works!). I was a little short on time so I cooked it on high for 2 hours at the beginning and on low for 4. Will definitely make this again.
