Directions

  1. Mix the shortening, eggs and pumpkin.
  2. In a separate bowel combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add to the pumpkin mixture and blend well.
  4. Add the pecans and stir.
  5. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans and bake @ 325° for 1 hour.
