"This was used on Down Home with the Neely's on a beef brisket. The meat was 5-6 lbs. and trimmed of fat. Allow meat to marinate overnight before grilling."

• Serves: 2-4

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups paprika
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons onion powder
• 3 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
• 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
• 1 tablespoon celery salt
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon cayenne
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Store in an air tight container for up to 6 months.
