I eat this non-stop with corn chips when I go home to New Zealand and stay with my grandma, the only reason I don't eat it in England is because I can't find all the ingredients
- 200 g carton sour cream (just 1 pot)
- 100 g jargherkin relish (just 1/2 standard jar)
- mix to taste.
- serve with corn chips.
Yummy! Hubby really loves Gherkin Dip and he really enjoyed this dip. I used low fat sour cream, cut the serving to feed two and served them with water cracker biscuits. Thank you so much for posting your recipe Perfect Pixie.
