This is a great sugar free option for waffles. I gre up on this reciepe, that my mother adapted for my dad's diet. I still have friends that ask to come over for waffles!
- Mix all ingredients together.
- pour onto hot griddle for pancakes, or waffle iron for waffles.
- Serve and enjoy!
- Can substitue 1 cup of beer, for 1 cup of the milk.
