Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 5 ounces water
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 23 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 small onion, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Blend celery soup and water.
  2. Measure out 1/4 cup of the mixture and combine with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parsley and salt.
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Brown in oil.
  5. Add remaining soup mixture and cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
