Gg's Roasted Spicy Pecans

These make a delicious spicy snack--you can't eat just one. Not sweet and delicious. They can be frozen for a taste whenever you're in the mood

• Total Time: 15 mins
• Prep Time: 5 mins
• Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

Serves: 4-8

Yield: 5.0 cups

• 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper sauce
• 5 cups pecan halves

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Melt butter in saucepan.
3. Add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
4. Add pecans and coat well with spiced butter.
5. Spread on cookie sheet in one layer and bake until one shade darker, about 8 to 10 minutes.
6. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
7. You can also add shredded Parmesan cheese after cooking.
