I love scallops, especially the small bay scallops. These are the Gods of the sea.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Separate scallops and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Arrange scallops in 4 greased scallop shells or in shallow greased baking dish.
  4. Melt butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour over scallops.
  6. Bake in hot oven (450)for 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with paprika or chopped parsley.
