When I moved to the South someone tricked me into eating catfish. I wouldn't even try it. Now I love it, especially fried
- Mis cornmeal, flour, salt, garlic powder and the peppers together.
- Dredge fish fillets in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil to 375 degrees.
- Fry fish 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
