Rum based punch that will take you to the tropics. You can half this recipe for a pitcher size serving. Also you can freeze pineapple chunks and place in punch to keep it cold without watering it down.

  1. Combine juices, rum, and coco Lopez. Stir in seltzer.

Boy this is good! I scaled it down to a single serving (ok two!) and really enjoyed it. The coco lopez added a creaminess that I really liked. Great recipe - thanks for posting it!
