I REALLY enjoy this "tea". It would be equally as good with lemon. I actually use more water than what the recipe calls for.

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add the ginger, honey and lime juice, remove from the heat and steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain.

This is great masha Allah and I added extra water like you do. Good for those with a cold and I would make it for that reason again yet it is good anytime! Made for Veggie Swap 26 ~ September 2010.

This is delicious! Made this on a cool night at the cottage this past weekend, and it really warmed me up inside. I forgot to bring the limes along, so used two lemons, which were perfect in it. Thanks, JB! Made for our VIP for Veggie Swap 24.
