  • Wash lentils well.
  • Put in saucepen and fill up with 3 cups of water.
  • Cook for 15 minutes.
  • In another, smaller pan bring squashed garlic to boil in 1 cup of water adding all the spices.
  • Mix the lentil soup with the garlic mixture and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Enjoy the meal.

  1. This didn't get me well quick. I was still sick for about 4 days after I ate this. Maybe you're supposed to eat nothing but this soup? Anyhow, it was really good though, and I'd have it again.

Admire the men who cook... and try to give them space in kitchen.. meaning i try avoiding it for cooking purposes throughout most of the year. there are times though when the little devil takes over and i feel like cooking, a real witchcraft;)
