Directions

  1. Cut all vegetables and ginger to fit into juicer and juice.
  2. Alternating with cilantro.
  3. Stir in seasonings.

Hey I got juiced!- I felt that the recipe was a bit too heavy on the cilantro (I love cilantro) but the flavor came through too strong. I liked it better after I had chilled it for an hour in the fridge and the different flavors had time to blend together., The apple is a must it mellows out the different flavors, Nice tip to save the fiber for soup This is one healthy drink that's for sure. Thanks for sharing it.
