• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1360.77 g tomatoes, chopped
• 59.14 ml onion, chopped
• 29.58 ml parsley, minced
• 1.23 ml pepper
• 4.92 ml salt

• dressing

• 236.59 ml mayonnaise
• 29.58 ml cream

• garnish

• 3 slice bacon, cooked, crumbled

directions

1. mix salad
2. put in frig.
3. when ready to serve mix with dressing
4. toss with bacon.

Super easy and wonderful salad! I used both heirloom and regular vine tomatoes, skipping the parsley but added some lettuce and cucumber. Delish! Thanks for sharing!
