Great comfort dish. I used a boneless sirloin roast and sliced it into 1 inch chops. I have never had meat turn out this tender! I could cut it with a fork. I used Guinness for the beer but ended up doubling the amount of broth because it didn't look like enough sauce for me. Glad I did. Very good dinner, will make again.

This turned out to be nice, tasty comfort food. Giving it 4 stars because I had to add more broth and beer than the recipe called for to get enough gravy, and I cooked the chops covered in the gravy for much longer than what the recipe said, to make sure they were nice and tender. I've found pork chops can be dry and tough unless you cook them low and slow. I served them with spatzle.

Pork chops were very moist. Served them with mashed poatoes and used the gravy over the top. Very tasty!! My family loved it and I will definately make it again!!

This was very nice. The thyme, broth and beer just all went together perfectly along with the mushrooms. The pork chops came out very moist. The sauce was great over noodles. I made Never Fail (Homemade) Noodles. Will definitely make this one again. Thanks! :)

Delicious! These quick and easy pork chops were moist and full of flavor. I used homemade dark beer for the sauce and Rosemary Oil to fry the pork chops and vegetables. My family loved this dish and gave it 2-thumbs up. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. I made this for PAC 2007.
