I've first had learned of this dish from Weight Watchers around 1973 (called something else) and made it over and over again. We substituted Sweet & Low for the sugar, but everything else is the same. As you can see, it's really low in calories and I served rice with it to the rest of the family not on a diet. Cabbage is one of those very healthy veggies we just don't get enough of and this recipe offers a tasty, quick and easy way to do that. I agree, this has to be rated 5-stars!   1. Brown the chicken in a large and heavy skillet.
  2. Whisk in the sugar and vinegar.
  3. Stir in the cabbage and onions.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Cover and reduce the heat.
  6. Simmer until the cabbage is tender (about 20 minutes).
  7. Serve warm.
