This soup is hearty and filling. It's a meal in a soup! I made this exactly as written, using reduced-fat kielbasa and light sour cream. I loved the dill flavor. You could use caraway seeds in place of dill to go a different direction. This is a belly-warmer! Thanx!

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Add sausage, sauerkraut, onion, garlic and dill.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add 1 cup hot mix to sour cream and flour. Combine with soup and heat.
  5. Serve immediately.
