  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Mix eggs until thick and lemon colored. Slowly add salt and Flour. When smooth mix in milk.
  • Melt butter in skillet (cast iron or other heavy skillet is better). Pour batter into pan and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden. (Decrease heat by 50 degrees at 10 minutes.).
  • Serve with powdered sugar to syrup.
