Excellent presentation and very easy to make. Turned out excellent however bottom layer was a bit thicker than I like to see it. Next time I will try to reduce amount of batter and see if that makes a difference.
I love this recipe. I have to alter it a bit to be gluten free. Just replace flour with GF flour and use Rice milk. I have learned that hand mixing produces the best results. When i used an electric mixer it was very flat and dense. We make this at least a few times a week. Delicious!
