  • ***Syrup*** Combine sugar, buttermilk, butter, corn syrup and baking soda. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. -The syrup can be kept in a tupperware container in the fridge. When you want to use, it's best that you microwave it till it pours more easily.
  • ***Pancake*** -In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour and salt.
  • Place your 9 x 13 pan with the 2TBL of butter in the preheated oven to melt the butter, then add batter into pan. Do Not Mix.
  • Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with syrup from above, or use your own pancake syrup.
