- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla (or you can do 1tsp vanilla and 1tsp maple flavoring)

- ***Syrup*** Combine sugar, buttermilk, butter, corn syrup and baking soda. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. -The syrup can be kept in a tupperware container in the fridge. When you want to use, it's best that you microwave it till it pours more easily.
- ***Pancake*** -In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour and salt.
- Place your 9 x 13 pan with the 2TBL of butter in the preheated oven to melt the butter, then add batter into pan. Do Not Mix.
- Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes.
- Serve with syrup from above, or use your own pancake syrup.
