  1. Drain mushrooms reserving liquid.
  2. Add water to make 1 cup.
  3. In 3-quart saucepan fry bacon until crisp.
  4. Drain and reserve drippings.
  5. Crumble bacon and set aside.
  6. Combine sugar flour salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.
  7. Blend into drippings in saucepan.
  8. Combine vinegar and reserved 1 cup of liquid.
  9. Add to flour mixture and cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
  10. Cook macaroni and toss with dressing and other ingredients.
