Nice, quick salad with lot of flavor! Added a touch of sugar to taste and used white wine vinegar and it was perfect.
Delicious! I made half of the recipe, using a long English cucumber and grape tomatoes. Usually when I make a cucumber salad, it ends up being all watery, but this didn't at all. The fresh dill was excellent in this! I wouldn't change a thing and will definitely be making this again. Made for Best of 2010 tag game. Thanks cookin_nurse! :)
I didn't add tomatoes, but this was still so good! The dressing is flavorful and delicious!
Oh gosh this is so good! We couldnt have served four people because the two of us finished this salad. I used hot house cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and a grainy mustard. The dressing is perfect and goes so well with the cucumber and tomatoes. Will be making this quite often this summer! Made and reviewed for ZWT 6 - Seasoned Sailor and his Sassy Sirens.
Made for dinner. Very flavorful and easy to make. Thank you. Made for ZWT6 No-Nonsense Nibblers
Wonderful salad! I wasn't sure how I would like the mustard but loved it! I used Dijon. Thanks for a great lunch!!! Made for ZWT#6 by a Looney Spoon Phoodie!
Loved this salad! I don't usually like dill, but followed the recipe.....And don't usually put tomatoes into my cucumber salad, but I will from now on! This was so refreshingly delicious. Will make this again, many times......Thnx, nurse, for sharing your recipe. Made for ZWT6.
Knowledge is knowing that the tomatoe is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it into a fruit salad. Wise woman are you! Made for ZWT #6.
This is the only salad I remember my Grandmother serving. I remember helping her make it. It goes wonderfully with almost anything and is a snap to make. I haven't had it in years, and am happy I have rediscovered it today. Such a light a refreshing salad. Thanks!!
