Nice to make in the summer because it requires no cooking.

  1. Whip the cream then add the sugar and vanilla.
  2. In four dessert dishes place alternating layers of bread crumbs, cranberry sauce and whipped cream.
  3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
