German Chocolate Bundt Cake

- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 4 eggs
- 0.5 (12 1/4 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan. Pour the 1/2 jar of caramel topping on the batter and then swirl it into the batter.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool for about 10 minutes and remove from pan.
- Let cool for about 25 minutes and then drizzle the remaining 1/2 jar of caramel topping over cake.

I have been a nurse for 21 years and a mom for longer than that! I love collecting recipes and was excited to find this site. I am a Granny and loving it. I have a six year old grand daughter from my oldest son and my daughter is having my second grandbaby in February. As a nurse, I have worked with Hospice, done Home Health. Worked in a critical care unit for the last 13 years and am now working in a cardiac cath lab. I love it. Just to update....my grandson was born Feb. 5th.
