Very nice mild bake with a potential for addition or sauces. I made half a recipe and used cheddar and Parmesan cheese. I didn't have Mrs. Dash, so I used a garlic-pepper mix.

This was a great recipe. I changed a little bit due to allergies and amount of people, but it still turned out great. I changed it to 4 servings and it fit nice in a 9x9 pan and I cooked it for 48 minutes. Also in place of the flour I used a mixture of all-purpose gluten-free flour and sweet white sorghum flour (I was super low and both so for even a 1/4 c I had to use both). Thanks again for a great recipe!!
