  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 12 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Jack Daniels Whiskey, whisky
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pre-baked pie crust

directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix together eggs, molasses, corn syrup, whisky, vanilla and salt.
  • Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
  • Pour into pie crust and bake 40-45 minutes.
  • Delicious with whip cream.
