Great raisin sauce for holiday ham.


  1. Simmer water and cook raisins for 10 minutes to reconstitute.
  2. Add sugar and cinnnamon, and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add corn starch and return to heat, and thicken.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice.
