Very simple to put together and tastes great. I use half brown half granulated sugar and add extra ginger for that excellent flavor I remember from the 3 years I spent in the islands.

It is a great sauce but would suggest to get the low sodium soy sauce for those who cannot have salt in their diets.

Loved this sauce. I used this to marinate then brush over my chicken wings as I was baking them. Excellent!

Great teriyaki recipe. We used this to make our Chicken Wings.... With an Asian Flair. Thanks for posting. :)

SAUCE-some! This is the easiest and best tasting teriyaki sauce I have ever had! I toast sesame seeds and add to the sauce and I also add more ginger. Sometimes I add pineapple juice as weil (and cut back on the sugar a bit) NOTE: If you use this on meat, add it at to the pan at the last second and remove promptly (otherwise the sauce will burn quickly) For grilling, brush meat when it's very close to being done.
