This dressing takes a few days but trust me well worth the wait.
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 1⁄3 cup white vinegar
- 2 -4 minced garlic cloves
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Mince boiled eggs using all egg whites and 2 egg yolks in this recipe.
- Mix oil, vinegar, garlic and eggs marinate 2-3 days.
- Add mayo – chill add salt and pepper to taste.
I made just half and it's been waiting for like eight hours, but I can already tell the difference. The flavor of garlic intensifies (two big cloves) and the dressing is very creamy. The only thing I'm worried about it the calories. I think it would taste great over hot boiled potatoes and greens salad.
