So good! I made a few changes, though. I didn't even try to scoop out the raw potatoes. I baked them, then scooped out the insides. I sauteed the onions and sausage, added cheese and filled the shells, baked for 30 mn. Yum! Thanks for posting! Made for PAC 2012

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Halve the potatoes and scoop out the centers, leaving unbroken shells.
  3. Cook centers in boiling salted water until tender.
  4. Drain and mash.
  5. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  6. Stuff into shells.
  7. Place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 1 hour.
