Delicious! I like adding a little Tabasco sauce to spice it up nicely.

  1. Mix tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion, celery, cucumber in a bowl. Then divide into 2 equal parts.
  2. Add the garlic to one of the bowls and empty this one in a blender.
  3. Add the vinegar to it and blend until smooth.
  4. Add veggie juice, cayenne, and cumin to blender and blend a few seconds.
  5. Add the puree to the other bowl and refrigerate over night.
  6. Garnish with lemon and cilantro (coriander).
