  1. Note: For vegetarian use the vegetarian Worcestershire sauce.
  2. In a food processor, finely chop cucumber, pepper and onion. Remove to mixing bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Adjust seasonings to taste. If too thick add more tomato juice.
  6. Note: Braggs Liquid Aminos can be sub for the Worcestershire sauce if you cannot find a vegetarian version.
