- 70 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g unsalted butter (unsalted)
- 100 g baking chocolate
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- Butter and flour cake pan.
- Melt butter and chocolate, when it's cool mix in the egg yolks.
- Mix the sugar and the flour, then mix into the chocolate mixture.
- Beat the egg whites.
- Fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
- Cook for 35-45 minutes at 170-180°C.
