- 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed beef broth
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 dash pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredinets.
- Simmer gently until onions and celery are tender (about 12 minutes).
- Chill before serving.
