Garlicky Steak Marinade

READY IN: 20mins

An awesome steak marinade (works best with flank steak) from Fine Cooking Magazine #105. You really have to try this one! This recipe uses a food processor, however I prepared this by just finely mincing the ingredients and it is still remarkably delicious.

I used this marinade on some ribeye steaks. I thought perhaps it would overpower the flavor of the steak, but it didn't. I cut the soy sauce in half and didn't use mint. This is a keeper!

Directions

  1. Combine parsley, mint, rosemary and garlic in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, salt & pepper and process until smooth.
  3. With the motor running, add olive oil in a thin stream.
  4. Pour marinade over steak and turn to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (I have done as little as 1 hour with good results) or overnight, turning occasionally.
