  1. Cut off the mushroom stems even with the caps, discard stems.
  2. Rinse mushroom caps.
  3. Gently pat dry with paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl stir together butter, garlic salt and pepper.
  5. Brush over mushrooms.
  6. Place on preheated gas grill.
  7. Reduce heat to medium.
  8. Place mushrooms on grill rack over heat.
  9. Cover for 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are just tender, turning once halfway through grilling.
  10. Sprinkle mushrooms with chives.
