Mirj, this is mouth watering! I used whole breasts with the skin on, and made sure the marinade got under the skin as you suggested. Grilled these on a grill, and the aroma coming under the dome was heavenly. The garlic really comes through, but it is not overwhelming. I love the kick from the tobasco sauce and the black pepper! This simple recipe with ordinary ingredients yeilds extra-ordinary results!!!!
Supremely delicious! I put frozen bonless, skinless chicken breasts in a ziploc bag with the marinade the night before, and when I got home from work, dinner was ready to cook! So easy. I didn't use the blender, but whisked the marinade til combined. I cooked the chicken in an electric skillet set at 300 F. Served with potatoes and green beans, and really enjoyed. I will definitely make this again.
Really good recipe! I followed exactly other than marinating overnight, due to timing issues. My only complaint is that the meat ends up a little bit salty.
Another great chicken recipe! We loved the taste of all of the ingredients. The pepper gave it a good amount of spice but not too much.
I only used half of the olive oil and added 1/2 c of lemon juice. I let the chicken breasts marinate for 6 hours and then my husband grilled them. The chicken was delicious straight off the grill. For lunch today I really enjoyed the leftover chicken on a greek salad. Fantastic recipe! We will make this again.
Yummy! I needed something quick and easy for a last minute dinner tonight and this fit the bill perfectly. I had everything I needed on hand except for the Tabasco, but I just subbed chili powder and it turned out excellent. I used my indoor grill pan and it cooked up garlicky and spicy, juicy and delicious. DH asked for a repeat performance, so it is definitely a winner! Thanks for sharing!
