Garlicky Baked Shrimp

Found this in Real Simple Magazine. It is sooooo good. Good enough to serve to company, but fast enough to make on a weeknight. This just might be my new favorite. Serve with fettucini, salad and a nice fresh bread.

This recipe was just "okay" for us. It seemed to lack flavor. We used plenty of garlic, and we could taste that. The panko breading I expected to add a lot of flavor but, it really didn't. It kind of broke apart into the liquid part of the dish and disintegrated when served. Also, my garlic slices turned a weird greyish-green color after cooking. I suspect this is due to putting the garlic directly into the uncooked white wine. I've made recipes similar to this before and this one just didn't do it for us. Sorry. Thanks for sharing, though!
