      Easy and I loved the flavor, halved the recipe and cooked as directed except I used dried thyme. Will use more garlic and bigger cloves if I can find it. Rita, thanks for posting

      YUMMY! I used some of our garden tomatoes, garden garlic and subbed basil for the thyme because that's what we had! I will admit though - I didn't really measure, just winged it. Made for ZWT 8

      This was great! I did use more garlic though because I love it. I will make this again for tapas... mmm

      wonderful flavour but not enough of it , cus I had trouble with the garlic, a lot of it overcooked and was hard , nothing to squeeze out, but what did squeeze on to the tomaotoes was heaven!! Had to use regular tomatoes and used them as a side dish with chicken kababas. Love the fresh thyme with the garlic, great combination, I will try them again, perhaps the garlic I used was too small, will try it with larger cloves next time, there will be a next time, thanks for posting.

      Loved these! Rather than use for tapas I served with chicken and a salad. The only change I made was to use dried thyme instead of fresh, I put about a tablespoon in the pan and gave the tomatoes a light sprinking with some more about 5 minutes before they were done to soften it up a bit. I thought the idea of squeezing out the contents of the garlic cloves at the end was a nice touch and gave the dish a wonderful roasted garlic flavor.

      Quick to prepare and delicious! With a few simple ingredients this made and excellent side dish. I had to use dried thyme because it was all I had at home but the flavours were still strong and every yummy. Thank you ~Rita~

      These were good, but I expected more out of them. They smelled heavenly as they baked, maybe minced garlic on top as they bake would help. I will make them again, but tweak it a little.
