    Directions:

      Saute garlic and onion in the 2T.
    2. 2
      butter until tender not brown about 10 minutes,set aside.
    3. 3
      In a bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    4. 4
      Cut in the 1/4c.
    5. 5
      butter until small crumbs like cornmeal.
    6. 6
      Add parsley,dill and milk stir just until moist.

      Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.

      Spread the garlic and onion on top sprinkle with cheese.

      Bake 450° for 25-30 minutes.

      Cool slightly and cut into 8 squares.
