I often cook with pinches of this and dashes of that, so the ingredient amounts may not be exact.
- 1 lb deboned chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- cooked rice (optional)
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Add chicken, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve over hot rice, if desired.
